Cellular Nationwide Network wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Simply send us an email to info@cnn.cn for details on how to return your parcel. Please let us know the reason you are returning the item so that we can take measures to improve our service.

When returning your item, we recommend that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. Cellular Nationwide Network is not responsible for any merchandise lost during shipping. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your order number and/or a copy of any conversations with our customer service personel.

Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. Please keep in mind that it takes a few days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

Please note that if warranty stickers are removed, or if an item is tampered with, refunds will not be issued for above mentioned returned items.
