Very happy. My BB looks brand new again. No problems with the installation. Be very careful when removing the original faceplate as the stock double sided tape is very strong. I followed everyone else's advice and used the double sided tape which comes with the faceplate.

Well I purchase a faceplate with lens a few months ago. It took a little longer than than a week to get it. But in the end, it fit like a charm and made my BB look breand new!! Unfortunately, it seems that the lens is not sticking properly to the faceplate and dust starting coming between the lens and the screen. It seems like the stick tape to keep it together was not sticking. I have tried to email to make my case, but with no reply...In the end, I have to buy another one. But I will purchase again from here, because the workmanship is really good, and the fit was perfect! The instructional video to make the change was so helpful too!! Great tool!!!!!

This is the first time I am using this site and I am totally pleased. I recieved the titanium faceplate for my blackberry in one week and it fitS perfectly when I took off the old faceplate which was cracked and know my phone is like new again! Thanks alot guys.
